ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION
Our technicians will verify the feasibility of the intervention by analyzing the current building and the plot of land on which the building will be rebuilt. The lot of land must be accessible by heavy vehicles: for the transport of the material we use articulated vehicles or trucks with a box.

Design

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Once done the verification of the fact of the property will begin the design phase where you will be followed by a technician who together with you will define the final project of your new property.

TECHNICAL CHECKS
Our technicians will then take care of the structural, seismic and energy audits of the new project and all the bureaucratic procedure of presentation to the municipality and other bodies involved.

Building

DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING
The first stage of construction is the demolition of the pre-existing building and the preparation of the land for the construction of the new building.

RECONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS
Excavation and construction of the foundations in reinforced concrete, necessary for the laying and anchoring of the prefabricated house. The times vary depending on the choice of building a basement, a simple stalls or a horned hornet’s nest. The works are carried out following the specific instructions concerning dimensions and arrangements for the passage of systems.

ASSEMBLY OF THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
When the building is provided with cover we proceed with the installation of the electrical and hydraulic system, in addition to the windows. At the same time and subsequently the various insulating layers are placed on the walls, completing this phase with coverings of the facades both inside and outside, and the laying of the solar shielding.

INSTALLATION OF SYSTEMS
Quando l'edificio è provvisto di manto di copertura procediamo con la posa dell'impianto elettrico e dell'impianto idraulico, oltre ai serramenti. Contemporaneamente e successivamente si posano i vari strati isolanti sulle pareti, completando questa fase con rivestimenti delle facciate sia interne che esterne, e la posa delle schermature solari.

The last phase of construction consists in the realization of the external and internal finishes and all the details designed during the design phase.
